Job Description:
**SINCLAIR TRACTOR**is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, organized and very detail-oriented individual to the Bloomfield, IA
office location as**_Office Administrative Assistant_**with the primary responsibility of assisting the location manager and Sales
staff to facilitate and deliver excellent service and exceed expectations. This position will perform a range of administrative
and sales support duties related to daily operations of the Bloomfield location.

## Experience and Skills:
General Office Support
*Provide phone, email and direct support to our location manager, Sales reps and office staff as well as our customers
*Assist front counter desk as needed
*Provide shipping information, including ship dates, tracking and invoicing
*Provide pricing and availability of products
*Supporting the overall delivery of services to build and maintain client relationships.
*Maintain confidentiality when preparing and processing transaction paperwork.
*File client statements and correspondence-follow up on Accounts Receivables.
*Make suggestions to systematize and improve office functioning to support the growth of the company
*This position may require traveling between branch locations when needed for corporate meetings and training.
Sales Coordination Support
*Collects, builds, and sends sales tracking reports monthly to location manager.
*Serve as a liaison between sales, service management and Home office teams
*Anticipate Location manager needs and handle them proactively.
*Create and process work orders in a timely fashion
*Process invoices as needed and ensure they are completed with accuracy
*Ensure timely and accurate work order transactions coordination between sales and customers
*Process payments and cash management
*Ability and desire to learn.
*Understand the importance of information by making sure all work is done correctly.
*Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment in order to reflect the company's values
*Effective written and verbal communication skills.
*Experienced at multitasking and juggling varying responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
*Strong organizational skills
*High level of attention to detail, especially under pressure
*Dependability and consistency is a must.
