This position is accountable for the activities related to customer satisfaction and quality for the plant including Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers and from the Supply Chain (supplier to customer). Oversees the timely and effective management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts, etc) and leads actions to develop prevention actions to avoid recurrent issues. Maintains the Quality Management System and execution of the Schneider Electric Quality Policy. Provides leadership in the development of CS&Q; teams under their direction.

* Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns
* Represent the voice of customer and drive the customer centricity within the entity
* Influence the decision process of their entity to always take into account the voice of the customers (Schneider Production System(SPS), Customer Safety Issues, Offer Safety Alerts, Business Risk Escalation, GRAP, etc.)
* Serves as a project leader and coaches team members on process improvement initiatives (Has Working knowledge (Green Belt level) of Lean Six Sigma)
* Run CS&Q; related processes (Issue to Prevention)
* Drive Quality Excellence in Supply Chain (from Suppliers to Customers)
* Contribute to the Tailored Supply Chain implementation
* Run the Product Return Management (Analysis and Expertise Center if any)
* Implement the Schneider quality policy, define CS&Q; roles, targets and objectives within the entity
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality goals by defining, implementing and managing action plan
* Drive the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
* Consolidate all Non Quality Costs and drive improvement actions
* Manage the Quality Management System of the entity
* Advocate to drive and implement the Global directives and policies
* Network continuously with CS&Q; teams to ensure their entity's needs are understood and considered
* Identify & capitalize on best practices in quality
* Ensure the right level of competency for the CS&Q; teams
* Requires ability to interact with Customers, Supply Chain and Engineering on a frequent basis to address issues
* Regularly interacts with Plant Management Committee, CS&Q; teams (Global, LoB/BU, Country/Zone/Operations, Clusters/Factories/DC , other GSC region, IPO, etc.), Clusters/DC Managers, and Procurement Managers.
**This job might be for you if: **
* Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain & Logistics
* 3-5 years experience in industrial/quality related area
* Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts; Lean 6 Sigma, Poke a Yoke, 8D, Process Control, DoE, PFMEA, DFMEA, DMAIC methodology, etc)
* Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO9001, ISO90002, ISO14001
* Green Belt/Black Belt trained
* Successful record of leadership in Manufacturing and/or Quality
* Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation capabilities
* Customer Oriented mindset
* Process oriented, Problem Solving ability
* Good written and spoken communication skills
* 3-5 years supervisory/managerial experience
* Knowledge of brands & General Schneider products Quality requirements.
* Familiar with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements (ANSI, NEMA, IEC)
* Expert level in Quality Management System, Environmental MS, OHSAS & Capable to conduct IMS internal Audit.
* Green Belt/Black Belt certified
* Lean Master, Master Black Belt
